As a Campus Recruiter at Shopee, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top early‑career talent. You will manage end‑to‑end campus recruitment programs, build strong relationships with universities, and shape Shopee’s employer brand among students and graduates.

Job Description
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies for internships, graduate programs, and entry‑level roles
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and career centers
  • Organize and represent Shopee at campus events, career fairs, talks, and hackathons
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and hiring timelines
  • Drive employer branding initiatives on campus and across digital platforms
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, hiring outcomes, engagement) and continuously improve processes
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruitment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for engaging with students and early‑career talent
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to campuses and recruitment events when required
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics
  • Experience recruiting for tech & product roles is a plus
