Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore is seeking a Campus Director to lead the delivery of workspace and site services across a large client campus, ensuring operational excellence and a superior employee experience. You will manage a team of over 15 specialists, partner with COE and HR, drive cost control, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met through transparent reporting.

The role requires deep facilities and portfolio operations experience and the ability to navigate a matrix organization

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities, workplace, campus, or portfolio operations within a complex multinational environment.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, service providers, and vendors in a matrixed, client-facing environment.
• Strong budget management and financial acumen, including spend control, forecasting support, variance review, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing vendor performance, contracts, sourcing activity, and service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of local health, safety, and risk requirements in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued development, standardization, and implementation of operating procedures to ensure reliable, efficient delivery of services across the campus portfolio.
• Own annual operating budgets, support monthly forecasting, track spend, oversee financial controls, and review budget performance.
• Build trust with Client stakeholders through disciplined financial management, transparent reporting, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure services meet scope, quality, and commercial expectations; drive governance and performance reviews.
