Job summary

Nuffield Holdings Private Limited is seeking a proactive patient communications coordinator to engage with prospective patients via email, phone, live chat and social media. You will provide cost estimates, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads and post-surgery calls.

You will also handle overflow calls, redirect callers, and perform related duties as assigned to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Reply to all emails sent by prospective patients to the company's general enquiry email addresses in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
• Call or text message prospective patients where a phone number has been provided to make appointments and follow up with an email.
• Handle live chat by replying to messages posted live on website by prospective patients.
• Advise estimated treatment cost and briefly describe procedure.
• Send emails to live chat contactees who were not replied to eg because (out of office hours).
• Follow-up on patient leads from other online sources.
• Follow-up with cancelled appointments to reschedule appointments.
• Follow-up on leads on a daily basis.
• Handle Facebook and Instagram: post comments and reply to messages.
• Call patients that had called the Night Dental hotline the previous night to check that their appointment has been made.
• Call patients the day after their surgery to see how they are doing.
• Handle incoming calls that spill over when a clinic has missed them by greeting and re-directing caller appropriately.
• Any other related duties as and when assigned
