ELITEZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Café Supervisor to lead daily operations at the Holland Village area.

You will oversee counter service, train staff, and drive sales through upselling while ensuring top-tier customer service and food safety standards. Join a fast-paced, hands-on team environment where you collaborate with founders to refine products, promotions, and operations. The role requires a minimum Food Safety Level 1 certification and previous café/F&B supervisory

Hands-on, hands-on, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the café team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee counter service and ensure friendly, efficient customer service.
Drive sales through upselling and improving average transaction value (ATS/UPT).
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Work closely with the founders to improve café operations, products and promotions.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Manage stock and supplies and minimise wastage.
Train and support team members to maintain service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety and other relevant requirements.
