• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS tools and inventory/spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day cafe operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Coach and guide staff on service procedures and brand standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, rosters, and shift coverage planning.
• Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and support stock ordering.
• Support cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety documentation.
• Handle customer feedback and assist with issue resolution.
