Recruit Haus Pte Ltd seeks a Café Manager to oversee day-to-day café operations, ensure service standards, and drive profitability. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and control costs while maintaining beverage and food quality to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will work hands-on during peak periods, handle equipment maintenance, and coach staff to foster a growth-minded, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in F&B preferred.
• 3–5 years in café, coffeehouse, or F&B operations with P&L responsibilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and energetic, people-centric personality.
• Strong operational, communication, and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of coffee equipment operations with basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Leadership mindset with ability to coach teams and foster growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall café operations in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on during service periods to support front-of-house operations and guest service excellence.
• Drive business performance by managing daily sales, labour, and costs, and analyzing trends.
• Oversee beverage and food preparation standards for consistency and speed.
• Manage manpower planning and scheduling for peak periods.
• possesses hands-on knowledge of coffee equipment, including machines and grinders, supporting maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Build and lead a high-performing team by coaching staff and driving engagement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards and drive continuous improvement.
