Job summary

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day front of house operations to deliver high-level service.
• Supervise a team of service staff, including staff with special needs background.
• Coordinate communication between front of house and back of house staff.
• Assist Cafe Manager with administrative duties including dealing with vendors, staff roster, billing, daily reports and duty assignments.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to menus.
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Conduct briefing and updates to the staff.
• Carry out regular checks of all areas of the cafe to ensure cleanliness and tidiness and functionality of all facilities.
