• Minimum 2 years in F&B supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Supervise daily restaurant/café operations and ensure smooth service.
• Daily Operations: Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
• Daily Operations: Monitor customer flow, table turnover, and service efficiency.
• Daily Operations: Ensure all operational standards and company procedures are followed.
• Staff Supervision: Lead, brief, and assign duties to service, bar, and kitchen staff.
• Staff Supervision: Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and work discipline.
• Staff Supervision: Train new employees on service standards, SOPs, menu knowledge, and workplace procedures.
• Staff Supervision: Manage staff deployment during peak and non-peak periods.
• Customer Service: Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient, and professional service.
• Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints appropriately.
• Customer Service: Resolve service issues promptly and elevate serious matters to the Manager.
• Food & Beverage Quality: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, portion control, and consistency.
• Food & Beverage Quality: Ensure products are prepared and served according to established standards.
• Food & Beverage Quality: Check stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the relevant person.
• Hygiene & Food Safety: Ensure staff comply with food safety, personal hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation requirements.
• Hygiene & Food Safety: Conduct regular checks of dining areas, kitchen/service areas, equipment, and storage areas.
• Hygiene & Food Safety: Ensure cleaning schedules and food safety procedures are properly followed.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Assist with daily stock checks and inventory control.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor wastage, spoilage, breakages, and incorrect orders.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Ensure proper storage and handling of food, beverages, and operating supplies.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Report stock discrepancies to the Manager.
• Cash & Administrative Duties: Assist with cashiering and daily sales reconciliation when required.
• Cash & Administrative Duties: Ensure proper handling of cash, POS transactions, discounts, and refunds.
• Cash & Administrative Duties: Complete daily operational records, checklists, and incident reports.
• Sales & Business Performance: Monitor daily sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue.

• Sales & Business Performance: Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, operational issues, and areas for improvement.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire safety, food safety, and company policies.
