Flavorworks Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Café Manager to support daily operations of our elegant French café, delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a small team, and upholding high standards of service and presentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to staff coaching, inventory, and guest relations, with weekend and rotating shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver warm, attentive, and memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and café presentation.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance development.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and courteously.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
