Job summary

ELITEZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Café Supervisor to lead daily operations at the Holland Village area.

You will oversee counter service, train staff, and drive sales through upselling while ensuring top-tier customer service and food safety standards. Join a fast-paced, hands-on team environment where you collaborate with founders to refine products, promotions, and operations. The role requires a minimum Food Safety Level 1 certification and previous café/F&B supervisory

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the café team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee counter service and ensure friendly, efficient customer service.
• Drive sales through upselling and improving average transaction value (ATS/UPT).
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Work closely with the founders to improve café operations, products and promotions.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Manage stock and supplies and minimise wastage.
• Train and support team members to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and other relevant requirements.

Job description

Working Hours: 10/11am - 8pm

Weekly Rest: 2 days, including 1 weekend day

Location: Holland Village Area
