Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for two Cabling Technicians responsible for installing, repairing, testing, and commissioning cable systems. Candidates should have an NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related experience. A Class 3 driving license is advantageous. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a salary range of SGD 2500 to SGD 3500.

• Class 3 driving license is advantageous.

• Install, repair, test, and commission cable systems.
• Perform termination and testing of new cabling.

Job Description

• Install, repair, test & commission cable systems (voice / data / fibre optics)
• Performs termination and testing of new cabling
• Prepare / Install cable pathways & supports
• Assist in the preparation of tools & materials used for daily work assignments
• Troubleshoot cabling system issues & perform repairs & maintenance
• Assist co-workers with installation & routine maintenance of structured cabling systems
• Work closely with client to manage schedule operations of assigned duties

Requirements

• NITEC (Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technology / Electronic / IT ) or work- related experience
• Class 3 driving license would be advantageous
