As the overall leader of the Automatic Kitchen business line:

• You will be responsible for defining and executing the business strategy
• Driving the commercialization and market expansion of automatic kitchen products
• Building a robust customer and partner ecosystem, and leading high-performing teams.
• You will accelerate scalable business growth, expand market share, and deliver meaningful breakthroughs in both commercial value and brand influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Over 10 years of R&D experience in automated equipment or smart hardware, including at least 5 years in senior R&D or technical leadership roles within automatic kitchens or intelligent cooking equipment, with end-to-end R&D and mass-production experience.
• Strong capabilities in technical architecture design, complex problem solving, and project delivery, with the ability to independently lead large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Proven team leadership and cross-department collaboration skills, with clear and effective communication, strong awareness of industry trends, innovative mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure.
