Job summary

Qualifications

  • Organize and lead key projects related to core system upgrades.
  • Advance digital transformation efforts and establish operational systems.
  • Promote system optimization and streamline internal processes.
  • Customize and submit statistical monitoring reports.

Job description
Responsibilities:

The Business Supporting Officer will work as members of Business Support and Project Management Team, to handle system optimization, industry system testing and back up for parameter setting.

The main responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • To join and follow up all the industry work group meetings.
  • Responsible for organizing and leading key projects, advancing requirements, testing, and production functional testing and business verification related to core system upgrades.
  • Responsible for advancing the department's digital transformation efforts and establishing a localized operational system.
  • Responsible for promoting system functionality optimization and innovation, streamlining internal processes, drafting operation manuals, and conducting internal training.
  • Responsible for customizing and submitting statistical and monitoring reports for daily business or department management, as well as regulatory reports and daily reports.
  • Assist in other responsibilities demanded by Department Head.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Banking and with Finance Working Experience.
  • Good knowledge about the local payment systems such as MEPS+/Giro/FAST/PayNow/e-Giro and industry exercises.
  • Good knowledge on data analysis will be advantageous.
  • Proficient PC skills such as MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and good in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
  • Willing to learn attitude, proactive, self-initiative, and able to cope with stress in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strictly comply with company’s rules and regulations.
