Develop, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with co-operatives, government agencies, and community partners to foster mutual growth and enhance movement resilience

Identify and understand the unique challenges and needs of co-operatives to provide customized support and solutions

Advise co-operatives on available grant opportunities, guide them through the application process, review submissions, and evaluate post‑grant impact and effectiveness

Manage vendors and service providers to ensure shared services are delivered in alignment with co‑operatives’ operational requirements and strategic objectives

Lead or contribute to social impact and capability‑building initiatives that encourage collaboration, innovation, and sustainability within the co‑operative ecosystem.

Job Requirements
  • Degree holder
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with demonstrated involvement in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, community projects, or in client‑facing/partnership roles
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and a solid understanding of business operations
  • Interest or prior experience in social impact initiatives, enterprise support, or co‑operative development
