WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Finance & Accounting Support
- Input financial transactions into Microsoft Navision ERP system
- Prepare and record payment vouchers and receipt vouchers
- Execute monthly GIRO payments to local suppliers and TT payments to overseas vendors and intercompany entities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Maintain and update sales analysis reports and sales order listings
- Assist in GST filing preparation for Singapore
- Support intercompany reconciliation processes.
2. HR & Employee Experience
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access and IT setup
- Assist with employee travel arrangements, event bookings, and internal coordination
- Process employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Support calendar management and deadline tracking for senior leadership
- Contribute to basic HR reporting and analytics.
3. Administration & Process Improvement
- Participate in digitalization initiatives for document management and compliance tracking
- Help manage sample inventory and documentation
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities across operations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
