About Our Client

Job Description
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in line with approved budgets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team of three in Singapore, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage distributor relationships, ensuring alignment with company standards and supporting long-term growth.
  • Initiate, organize, and manage sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build annual sales and marketing plans to meet/exceed revenue goals.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in accordance with corporate strategy.
  • Maintain and strengthen strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), regularly visiting key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and represent the company at local and international trade exhibitions and events.
  • Manage vendors for marketing and promotional activities as required.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8-10 years of commercial experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in the cardiovascular portfolio is preferred
  • Strong track record in distributor management, customer engagement, and sales execution.
  • Effective communicator with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent planning and operational abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while aligning with regional/global strategies.
