Job Description
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in line with approved budgets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team of three in Singapore, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage distributor relationships, ensuring alignment with company standards and supporting long-term growth.
- Initiate, organize, and manage sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Build annual sales and marketing plans to meet/exceed revenue goals.
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in accordance with corporate strategy.
- Maintain and strengthen strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), regularly visiting key accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and represent the company at local and international trade exhibitions and events.
- Manage vendors for marketing and promotional activities as required.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of commercial experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in the cardiovascular portfolio is preferred
- Strong track record in distributor management, customer engagement, and sales execution.
- Effective communicator with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Highly organized with excellent planning and operational abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while aligning with regional/global strategies.
