Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
(A) Business News Sourcing
  • Engage with clients and consultants to identify and develop potential business opportunities, progressing from initial “news” to “tender” and finally to “award,” under the guidance of the Manager.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify and assess new business prospects.
(B) Business Department Duties
  • Perform day-to-day tasks within the Business Department, including:
    • Preparing board papers for Headquarters (HQ) approval.
    • Conducting research and market analysis on business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
    • Preparing prequalification documents for review and submission.
    • Handling other business-related administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with the team to track progress and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
(C) Tender Support & Coordination
  • Support tender activities by:
    • Coordinating with relevant departments to compile high-quality tender submissions within deadlines.
    • Organising and facilitating Risk Assessment and Value Engineering sessions.
    • Coordinating discussions with consultants for Design & Build (D&B) tenders.
  • Prepare and deliver tender presentations and corporate presentations during interviews when required.
(D) Others
  • Plan and execute business events in alignment with the company’s annual calendar.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the company’s profile throughout the financial year.
  • Draft, design, and publish marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, and other corporate communications.
