Core Positions in Singapore: Business Director (responsible for establishing and operating the local Indian team, cross-border team collaboration, and the execution of various businesses including technology, legal affairs, and finance).

Core Positions in India: Business Development (responsible for business cooperation with NBFCs, and managing and maintaining cooperative relationships with NBFCs); Legal & Compliance (handling contracts and legal issues with NBFCs and other partners to ensure compliance); IT Support; Finance; HR; Administration, etc.

Job Title: Business Director

Work Location: Singapore Headquarters

Job Overview

The Business Director will be responsible for the operation and management of the Singapore Headquarters, with a specific focus on establishing and overseeing the daily operations of the local Indian team. This role ensures smooth collaboration between teams in the two regions and drives the achievement of business objectives. The position will also coordinate C-end customer acquisition and credit assessment efforts at the Singapore Headquarters to support the Indian team’s seamless execution of NBFC cooperation and traffic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establishment and Management of the Local Indian Team
    • Responsible for the establishment, training, and development of the local Indian team to ensure the team has the capabilities to execute the company’s strategy.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the local team to ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently and in line with targets.
    • Facilitate close collaboration between the Singapore Headquarters and the local Indian team to ensure smooth information flow and seamless work handover.
  2. Business Strategy Execution and Localization
    • Execute the strategic plans of the headquarters and ensure their successful implementation in the local Indian market.
    • Support and optimize traffic acquisition and NBFC cooperation in the Indian market to ensure the achievement of business goals.
  3. Cross-border Team Collaboration and Resource Support
    • Coordinate work between the Singapore Headquarters and the Indian team to ensure that the headquarters’ C-end customer acquisition and credit assessment efforts effectively support the local team.
    • Provide resource support to ensure the Indian team successfully implements the headquarters’ strategic objectives and business requirements.
Job Requirements
  1. Educational Background
    • Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in finance, business, management, or related fields preferred.
  2. Work Experience
    • Possess management experience in the fintech or internet finance industry; experience in cross-border team management is preferred.
    • Experience in Indian market operations is preferred.
    • Have team building and management experience, with the ability to drive business growth in a cross-border environment.
  3. Skills
    • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to coordinate cross-border team collaboration.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to efficiently drive the team to achieve targets.
    • Proficient in business data analysis, and capable of driving operational optimization through data.
  4. Language Proficiency
    • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
