You will lead the client relationship while also being responsible for maintaining the quality of contracted services, lobbying additional assignments as well as developing appetite for and building revenues from out-of-scope offerings and value add services. As well as driving top-level client scores you’ll also be aligning market teams on the global tools, driving test/learn digital innovations and apply analytics in a consistent fashion to steer investment decisions.
As the Business Director, you will be tasked with meeting KPIs, driving adaptive marketing initiatives, digital transformation and innovation, auditing current digital and tech maturity and offering recommendations on moving the needle, the allocation of resources, process, and systems, across the portfolio.
