A leading audio streaming service is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Singapore or Seoul. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships across the APAC region to enhance subscriber growth. Candidates should have over 5 years of business development experience, ideally in the telecommunications or digital platforms sectors. The position requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. Familiarity with APAC local insights and fluency in additional local languages are advantageous.

We’re building a world-class business development team and are looking for a multi-talented self-starter with ambition and drive who will help grow Spotify’s Premium distribution partnerships in the APAC region. You will own, negotiate, and scale strategic agreements with partners who can accelerate subscriber and engagement growth. This role will be based in either Singapore or Seoul and you will report to the APAC Director of Business Development. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences audio.
