Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to oversee sales, commercial, and operations in freight forwarding. Salary posture includes up to SGD 7,500 per month plus incentives and a performance bonus.

The role is based at Changi Business Park, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with responsibility for developing key accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of sales, commercial, and operations experience in freight forwarding.
• At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong existing customer portfolio with the potential to generate SGD 50,000 in monthly revenue.

• Proven ability to drive business development while overseeing Customer Service and Operations functions.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with strong commercial, customer management, and operational capabilities.
