Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment operations and ensure timely updates to customers.

Based at Changi Logistics Centre (Loyang), the role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a monthly salary of SGD 3,000–3,800. You will coordinate with overseas offices and local contractors, process shipments in the system, ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, and stay informed on authorities such as SFA, NParks,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in Air & Sea freight.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Knowledge of Tradenet and Sysfreight is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc).
• Process and prepare shipments within the system and ensure declared permits comply with Singapore Customs regulations.
• Maintain familiarity with regulations for various Singapore Authorities (eg: SFA, NParks, HSA, NEA etc).
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system.
• Report to Operations Manager.
