Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to grow key customer accounts through freight forwarding expertise and a strong commercial mindset.

Lead and manage commercial, customer service, and daily freight forwarding operations; mentor the team and drive revenue. The role is based at Changi Business Park, with Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and offers a salary up to SGD 7,500 per month plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 10 years of sales, commercial, and operations experience in freight forwarding.
• At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong existing customer portfolio with potential to generate SGD 50,000 monthly revenue.
• Proven ability to drive business development while overseeing Customer Service and Operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with strong commercial, customer management, and operational capabilities.

• At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong existing customer portfolio with the potential to generate at least SGD 50,000 in monthly revenue.
• Proven ability to drive business development while overseeing Customer Service and Operations functions.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with strong commercial, customer management, and operational capabilities.
