Overview

Marketing and attracting new customers and patrons through Social Media, Influencers, Corporate Cold Calls and Word of Mouth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to organise events and formulate restaurant promotions.
• Liaise with kitchen operations to ensure the best experience for customers.
• Liaise with licensing authorities to ensure compliance with government rules and regulations.
• Work with HR and Accounts departments to manage compliance and financial reporting.
• Be hands-on and responsible for the outlet’s operation and profitability of the business.
• Contribute with energetic, creative and sincere attitude and strong inter-personal communication skills.

Qualifications and desirable background

• Background in finance, marketing, IT skills and management is useful.
• Experience is not required as Directors will provide guidance.

Jayleen Lifestyle is part of a group which owns and manages hotels and shophouses. Our outlet, J Bistro, serves Western international cuisine with a good mixture of alcoholic drinks (beers, wines, spirits, cocktails), as well as other beverages.
