Job Purpose / Role

This position is based in Jarkata, Indonesia. You will be primarily responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring long-term profitability and quality of our customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renewal of existing policies
  • Generate new leads and acquire new customers generated by market Management
  • Building and maintain relationships with fronting insurers, brokers and banks
  • Meet monthly and annual sales target
Key Requirements / Skills / Experience
  • Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of experience in B-to-B sales, consultative selling
  • Knowledge of banking / financial product
  • Ability to build and maintain relationship (i.e. outgoing personality, comfortable with client facing role, excellent presentation and negotiation skill with c-suite)
  • Willing to travel up to 50% within Indonesia at short notice
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Indonesian Language
