Deep understanding of market dynamics, sales channels, customer behavior, and commercial negotiation practices in India and South Asia region, with a proven track record of driving sales in India or South Asia markets.

Lead end-to-end sales planning and execution for India and neighboring South Asia markets.

Drive revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities, key partnerships, and client expansion in the region.

Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners — ensuring long‑term growth and retention.

Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to define winning go‑to‑market strategies.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to tailor regional offerings and service delivery.

Represent the company in regional business meetings, trade exhibitions, and negotiations.

Report regularly to senior management on regional performance, forecasting, and risk mitigation.

Willingness to work night shift and split shift.

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
