Job Description

The company is currently looking for a Business Development Manager, reporting directly to CEO, you will be responsible for managing all business development related activities. The candidate will have to be meticulous, possess strong organizational skills as well as excellent communication skills.

Job Scope:

  • Have overall responsibility for business development & sales deliverables
  • Identify & develop new business opportunities and implement strategies and qualifying the needs of potential customers.
  • Have the ability to impress at presentations and competent written skilss
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers whilst maximizing and realizing increase in revenue potential
  • Effective management of sales development pipeline
  • Meet sales target set by the company
  • Understand and communicate customers buying patterns, providing reactive and proactive customer support with clear, defined and documented follow up plans.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience preferred
  • Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Mandarin in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and time management skills
  • Good at multi-tasking and good team player
  • Keen to learn and has good working attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
