  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders in the construction sector
  • Autocad Drawing
  • Research and identify prospective tender opportunities that align with the company's capabilities and strategic objectives
  • Prepare and submit high-quality tender proposals that effectively showcase company expertise and competitive advantages
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the project delivery team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of the company's business development strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to management
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
  • Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays
  • Meeting new and existing clients in person
  • Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings
  • Setting sales goals and ensuring sales team meets them
  • Working with senior team members to manage risks

Develops and maintains relationships with clients.

  • Develop sales forecasts with probability percentages and pipeline status updates
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Develop proposals that speak to client s needs, concerns, and objectives while maintaining company profitability.
  • Overall responsibility for all construction activities with respect to performance, procedure, and making recommendations to project managers for improvements and corrective actions.
  • Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings; applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost.
  • Interface and coordinate with engineering supporting construction activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies that support project construction.
  • Oversee the effective management of project activities to assure timely delivery and low wastage.
  • Manage and lead a group of engineers.
