Omni Logistics, LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to identify and develop new opportunities, target key industries, and expand the customer base in Singapore. You will build and maintain relationships, tailor proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and negotiating profitable terms while achieving ambitious sales targets and growth

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management in logistics or supply chain solutions.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and meeting sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Good understanding of logistics, freight forwarding and related trends.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth and expand the customer base.
• Identify, target, and acquire new customers within key industries including semiconductor, aerospace, and MRO.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive growth.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and value propositions tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to deliver solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide performance reports.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable deals in line with policies.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
