Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and supply chain sectors.
• Source and engage potential clients via calls, meetings, and referrals.
• Understand clients' requirements and propose service solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with Operations to fulfil client requirements.
• Monitor performance and address feedback or issues.
• Conduct market research on competitors and industry needs.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
