A reputable HR advisory firm is seeking a Senior/Sales Executive in Singapore to drive customer engagement and lead generation. This role involves prospecting clients, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Candidates should hold a diploma or higher in a related field and possess 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the software industry. The salary range is between $4,000 to $5,500 per month.

Roles & Responsibilities
Prospecting, Lead Generation and Customer Engagement
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
Sales Cycle Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the sales system.
Product Knowledge
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support in the meetings.
Reporting
  • Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of improvement and provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration and Follow-up
  • Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.
Requirements
