Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in manpower outsourcing and a proven ability to develop partnerships within the IT industry. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a manpower outsourcing company, with solid exposure to B2B client development and established industry networks.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by acquiring new IT industry clients (data centres, system integrators, software & hardware firms).
• Leverage existing networks and market knowledge to expand the client base.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and margin targets.
• Research IT manpower trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with recruitment, operations, and finance teams to deliver manpower outsourcing solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development within a manpower outsourcing company.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s manpower market and IT industry staffing needs.
• Established client network and ability to generate leads quickly.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven and independent, with a hunter mindset.
