Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Outdoor Sales professional in Singapore to visit sites, demonstrate products and grow revenue. You will manage existing accounts and build new customer relationships, with a focus on marine-related industries. A Class 3 license and own car are preferred.

We offer a performance-driven role with a basic salary up to S$3,800 plus allowances, quarterly commission and variable bonuses based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• NITEC or equivalent in engineering discipline or O Level with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience.
• Experience in marine industry is a plus.
• Computer literate and proficient with basic software tools.
• Technical knowledge in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic systems.
• Valid Class 3 license with own car or willingness to rent one.

• Handle outdoor sales activities including site visits, sales meetings and product demonstrations.
• Service and build rapport with existing customers to secure ongoing support.
• Prospect new customers through site visits and project information.
• Drive revenue growth and assist in formulating sales strategies.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
• Act as the main liaison between customers and internal staff.

• Up till $3800 basic + Allowance (Reimbursement) + Quarterly Commission + Variable Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• To handle outdoor sales activities which includes site visits, sales meeting and product demonstrations.




• Service and build rapport with existing customers to achieve continuous support.




• Solicits new customers through work site visit and project information.




• Responsible for driving revenue growth and assist in formulating sales strategies.




• Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.




• Act as a focal point of contact between customers and internal staff.

Requirements:

• NITEC and above in Engineering discipline / O Level with relevant experience will be considered.




• Minimum 3 year experience in outdoor sales.




• Experience in Marine industry will be an advantage.




• Computer literate




• Must have with Technical knowledge. Engineering both Electrical / Electronic or Mechatronic




• Must have class 3 licence, either own a car or prepare to rent a car
