Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to drive revenue across the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sales support.

You will nurture B2B relationships, deliver technical information, prepare proposals, and coordinate trade shows to showcase advanced capabilities. This is a 5-day workweek with office hours, offering SGD 3,500–5,000 plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or professional certifications in a relevant field.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the Marine or related heavy/industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• An understanding of remote sensing, industrial hardware, or marine equipment trends is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order processing.
• Build relationships with B2B clients, provide product information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate, professional sales proposals and quotations for clients.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute trade shows, industry events, and live product demonstrations to showcase capabilities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and handle ad-hoc administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will play an active role across the entire sales lifecycle, driving revenue and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Sales Generation: Proactively drive the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, handling customer inquiries, order processing, and post-sales support.
• Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients, providing prompt technical/product information and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Proposals & Quotations: Prepare accurate, professional sales proposals and commercial quotations for timely submission to clients.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging customer needs to identify new growth avenues.
• Events & Showcases: Assist in coordinating and executing trade shows, industry events, and live product demonstrations to showcase advanced tech capabilities.
• Sales Administration: Maintain accurate sales records, manage documentation, coordinate client meetings, and handle ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
