Job summary

ALLINTON ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive - Industrial Solutions to drive growth in Singapore’s industrial and engineering sectors.

You will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and tailor product solutions to customer needs through regular meetings and demonstrations. You will collaborate with Indoor Sales, Procurement and Logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment, while pursuing clear sales targets and developing long-term customer

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business or engineering, or related field; practical sales experience acceptable.
• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in B2B or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
• Develop new customer accounts via referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Meet customers regularly to understand requirements and recommend products/solutions.
• Present products, conduct demonstrations, and discuss solutions with customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders, and follow up to closure.
• Coordinate with Indoor Sales, Procurement, and Logistics for smooth fulfilment.
• Stay updated on market developments, competitors, and customer needs.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive - Industrial Solutions to join our B2B sales team and help us grow our customer base across Singapore's industrial, engineering and commercial sectors. You will work closely with existing customers, identify new business opportunities and recommend suitable products and solutions based on their operational needs. This is a customer-facing role suited for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing long-term business relationships and working towards clear sales goals.

What You Will Do

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
• Develop new customer accounts through referrals, networking, market outreach and other business development activities.
• Meet customers regularly to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer discussions where required.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders, and follow up with customers through to closure.
• Work closely with Indoor Sales, Procurement and Logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with market developments, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows where required.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

What We Are Looking For

• 2-3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in B2B sales, engineering, industrial products, hardware, equipment or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable meeting customers and developing new business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• A valid driving licence will be an advantage for customer visits.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred, but relevant sales experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
