Responsibilities

• Work with Business Development Manager to generate & continue to follow up on leads to build a good pipeline across Integrated Facilities Manager Services such as M&E, landscaping, security etc
• Provide support for end to end tender & bid process for Integrated Facilities Management contracts
• Provide support for contract clarifications & basic negotiations, with an understanding of IFM scope, KPIs, & commercial terms.

Requirement

• At least 1-year relevant experience
• Must be CFME certified Level 4 & above
