You’ll start on a $36k base and if you hit your numbers, you’ll be taking back the following:
$60k if you are average.
$84k if you are good.

This isn’t a “just book some meetings and see how” role.
You’ll be:
- Working with warm leads from our ads and client base (no roadshows, no begging friends & family)
- Having meaningful conversations, assessing prospective clients’ needs and being the strategic bridge between prospective clients & our sales team
- Playing a crucial role in shaping first impressions, building trust and ensuring that every lead is aligned with our offer
- Learning directly from a founder who’s done multiple 7‑figures in sales
- Building the front end of a company that’s changing how financial advisors sell in Singapore

Right now, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us reach even more advisors.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business revenue by:
- Generating conversations with prospective advisor clients
- Following up with leads who didn’t initially close or who no‑showed, and bringing them back to the table
And just to be clear:
This is not a “Bait‑and‑switch” Financial Advisor role.
You’re not selling insurance.
You don’t need to take any certifications or sit for papers.
You’re the sales engine behind the company that trains Financial Advisors across Singapore & Asia.

Most days will look like this:
- You start your day with a quick huddle, know your numbers, and know exactly who you’re reaching out to.
- You spend your time talking to financial advisors – giving insights, asking thoughtful questions, and booking them into strategy calls with us.
- You follow up with leads who have been watching us for months, no‑shows, and old prospects – and you’re the one who finally brings them back to the table.
- You live inside our CRM and chats, turning names and numbers into real conversations and meetings.

- Conduct high‑volume engagement activities with potential clients through calls, texts and organic outreach
- Follow up & nurture leads from marketing funnels and website opt‑ins
- Qualify & diagnose prospects’ needs to ensure a strong fit before booking a call
- Ensure that the calls you generate are high quality and convert at a strong rate
- Confirm & follow up on scheduled calls to maximize show‑up rates.
- Leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to identify and connect with financial advisors.
- Attend daily meetings & coaching sessions to level up your skills.
- Track your numbers & report performance (daily projections, actual results, CRM updates)
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate outreach strategies

- Set qualified live meetings target is hit and tracked
- Maintain a high show‑up rate for meetings
- Keep all prospect data updated in the CRM daily
- Follow up with all qualified prospects indefinitely
- Proactively engage with the sales leader for feedback and improvement
- Follow all internal communication cycles and processes.
[REQUIREMENTS]
- Experience – Minimum 1 year in a sales role (SDR / BDE / FA / property / gym / edu‑sales, etc.).
- Phone Skills – Comfortable making calls and having real conversations over the phone and voice notes.
- Fluent in English – Clear spoken and written communication.
- Process‑Driven & Organised – Able to follow a structured workflow, keep CRM/data updated accurately, and hit daily activity numbers.
- Basic Tech‑Savvy – Comfortable using CRM, Google Workspace and basic outreach tools.

- Remote, Singapore‑based
- You’ll primarily work from home, with bi‑weekly and monthly in‑person meetings for trainings, reviews and team sessions.
[COMPENSATION]
- $36k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- OTE $60k – $100k range
[DAYS & HOURS]
- Standard: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
- This is a performance role, so occasional evenings or weekends may be required during peak periods or when needed to hit targets.
