Regent Express is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our client base in international freight and logistics. You will work independently with flexibility and a proactive mindset to deliver results.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while coordinating with internal teams to prepare quotations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new leads and reconnect with past connections through various methods such as calling, meetings and emails.
• Build rapport for long term client retention through world class service, speed, attention to detail, etc.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from managing leads, follow-ups, quotation, negotiation and deal closure.
• Maintain and update accurate client records and ensure the sales database is up to date.
• Coordinate closely with other teams in preparation of quotation and deal closure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Past operational experience in logistics highly advantageous.
• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills with a fluent command of spoken and written English to interact professionally with customers.
• Self-driven, can-do spirit, street-smart, resourceful, resilient, strong interpersonal skills.
