Job summary
Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Co-Development Business Unit. You will work on projects for Singapore Government Agencies at Westgate, 3 Gateway Dr, for a 1-year fixed-term engagement.
You will collaborate with product managers, developers and operations to define problems, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong stakeholder management and agile experience are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with agile software delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to navigate both business and technical discussions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Define and validate business problems, outcomes, scope and success measures.
- Analyse current-state and future-state processes, user journeys and workflows.
- Elicit, analyse and document business, functional, non-functional, integration, data and operational requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, architects and designers to shape solutions.
