Activate Interactive Singapore invites a Business Analyst to join our Co-Development unit on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll engage with stakeholders to capture and refine business and functional requirements, translate them into user stories, and support Agile delivery from backlog refinement to validation.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with architects and product teams, and help ensure our digital solutions meet business objectives while adapting to evolving needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Certifications in BA/Agile/PM/Process Improvement advantageous.
• Experience in digital/digital transformation projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, operational challenges, and policy requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyse current processes for optimisation and automation; assess impact of changes.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design practical solutions.
• Support Product Managers and delivery teams through the software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT; ensure solutions meet business objectives.
