Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to support delivery, enhancements, and operations of enterprise digital systems in Singapore. You will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and collaborate with business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.

You will engage in stakeholder interviews, analyze processes, document requirements, and refine backlogs for prioritisation.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, IS or related discipline.
Minimum five years in business analysis or digital delivery.
Experience in Agile environments and backlog tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between business and tech teams translating needs into clear requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements sessions.
Document epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements to testing and release.
Support backlog refinement and prioritisation based on business value.
Coordinate with vendors and delivery teams during sprint execution.
Prepare status updates and decision papers for governance forums.
Develop UAT plans, test cases and validation criteria.
