Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Digital Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support GovTech initiatives, coordinating digital solutions and ensuring smooth deployment across projects.

You will partner with GovTech and MFA teams to elicit needs, develop user stories and specifications, evaluate technologies, and apply Agile or Waterfall methods to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.
• Participation in two full software/product development cycles; Agile preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GovTech onsite team to support BA responsibilities and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate digital solutions driven by MFA across multiple projects.
• Elicit citizen and business needs using human-centric methods and develop business cases.
• Create user stories, functional and technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate technologies aligned with SG Tech Stack; apply Agile or Waterfall methods.
