Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology consultancy, seeks a Business Analyst. You will engage stakeholders, elicit and document requirements, translate needs into user stories, and drive workshops to align on solutions.

You will collaborate with architects, PMs, and delivery teams across the SDLC, ensuring tests are prepared and validated. You will lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement post-implementation, contributing to scalable product

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or Process Improvement will be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Engage stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, operational challenges, and policy requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design practical and scalable solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and review test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Build strong relationships with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
