Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Singapore. You will engage stakeholders, elicit and document requirements, and translate business needs into actionable specifications, supporting agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include requirement management, process optimisation, workshops, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives. Relevant certifications and 3–5 years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/information systems/computer science/engineering or related field.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or Process Improvement are advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product delivery, or system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, and policy requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design scalable solutions.
• Work with Product Managers and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery by refining product backlogs and requirements.
• Develop and review test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT and resolve defects.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support implementation planning and training.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
