Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a fixed-term contract to 31 August 2029. You will work with Singapore Government Agencies to elicit requirements, model processes, and translate them into epics, features and user stories.

The role requires strong collaboration with product owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure value delivery. Qualifications include a degree in IT/CS/IS/Business and 5+ years in business analysis or digital delivery.

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital delivery or related role.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, process analysis, user story development and solution delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs and operational challenges.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, digitalisation and automation.
• Document business, functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, use cases, user journeys and business rules.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from business requirements through solution design, testing and implementation.
• Support Product Owners and business stakeholders in managing and prioritising the product backlog based on business value, user needs, risk and operational impact.
• Refine and maintain epics, features and user stories to ensure items are clear, testable and ready for delivery.
• Support definition of release scope, minimum viable scope and implementation priorities.
• Evaluate enhancement requests, clarify intended outcomes and support recommendation of practical implementation approaches.
• Support product delivery from discovery and requirements definition through implementation, release and post-release review.
• Gather user feedback and operational insights to identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
• Participate in relevant Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to clarify requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria during sprint execution.
• Monitor delivery progress and highlight risks, blockers, dependencies and decisions requiring stakeholder attention.
• Support sprint and release planning, deployment readiness and business validation activities.
• Maintain backlog hygiene and ensure delivery artefacts remain current throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team delivery practices, templates and ways of working.
• Serve as a key liaison among business stakeholders, project teams, vendors and technical teams.
• Facilitate discussions to align stakeholders on requirements, scope, priorities, dependencies and solution approaches.
• Coordinate with vendors on clarifications, implementation activities, issue resolution and enhancement delivery.
• Prepare status updates, presentation materials and decision papers for project, operational and governance forums.
• Track actions, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions arising from stakeholder discussions.
• Develop business test scenarios, test cases and validation criteria.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing, including defect triage, retesting and closure.
• Validate that delivered functionality meets agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support release readiness, production validation and post-implementation review activities.
• Assist with operational issue analysis, incident investigation, defect resolution and enhancement planning.
• Maintain relevant business, project, testing and operational documentation.
