Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a capable Business Analyst for a 32-month fixed-term contract to translate government agency needs into effective technology solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Proficiency in BPMN, UML, or similar modelling methods.
• Experience with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and product management practices.
• Experience designing test cases and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Engage with government agencies to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyse current business processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements and technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support technology investment decisions.
• Create process flows, data flows, wireframes, and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with product team members to ensure accurate implementation and validation.
• Support user acceptance testing by developing test scenarios and validating solutions against requirements.
• Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis to inform solution design and implementation roadmaps.
• Support change management by assessing business impact and facilitating user adoption.
• Research emerging technologies and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Lead system integration testing and oversee UAT with stakeholders.
• Manage defect lifecycle and promote agile testing practices.
