Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role with strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business process modelling using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies.
• Experience with requirements management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Product Management methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API services.
• Experience in data analysis to inform business decisions.
• Experience in public sector digital transformation or citizen services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyse current processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements and technology solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Create process/data flows, wireframes, and documentation for technical audiences.
• Collaborate with solution architects, low-code and backend engineers for accurate implementation.
• Support UAT by developing test scenarios and validating solutions.
• Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage changes throughout projects.
• Conduct gap analyses to inform solution design and roadmaps.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies and best practices to inform solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive test suites and lead testing activities.
