Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Admin, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
• 2. 3-5 years or more of relevant experience in the logistics industry; Familiar with pain points and solutions across the entire logistics chain (transportation, warehousing, distribution, cross-border logistics, etc.).
• 3. Familiar with logistics management systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP); Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel functions, Power BI, Tableau) or logistics simulation software (e.g., Llama soft, Supply Chain Guru).
• 4. Capable of cost analysis and optimization (e.g., reducing warehousing costs, transport expenses, labor costs).
• 5. Project Experience: Led or participated in projects such as logistics system upgrades, transport network optimization, warehouse automation, and cost control.
• 6. Fluent in Chinese and English (especially important for cross-border logistics roles).

Job Description:

• 1. Analyze and translate business needs into appropriate strategies;
• 2. Working closely with sales, operations and technical team to ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and customers' expectation;
• 3. To identify bottlenecks in client processes, propose improvements based on client scenarios (e.g., multimodal transport optimization, inventory turnover improvement strategies).
• 4. To constantly explore innovative solutions especially for emergencies;
• 5. Manage cost strategies for each opportunity; Monitor market trends and competitor activities to analyze and optimize the cooperation mode, etc.
