About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Report and Assist the Product Manager with product research & documentation.
- Collaborate across departments (Product, Engineering, Operations) to deliver business value and coordinate product development projects effectively.
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with product goals.
- Gather, articulate, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories, functional specifications, and deliverables for the development team.
- Analyze and construct user journeys and flows that support intuitive, outcome-driven product experiences.
- Optimise internal and external documentation to improve the customer experience, support effectiveness, and reduce friction for users and internal teams.
- Triage bugs through data analysis, collaborate with engineering to identify root causes, and propose long-term preventive solutions.
- Conduct ongoing user research, gather feedback, and ensure the product evolves to meet user and business needs.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to the development of testing plans.
Required Skills
- Experience interfacing with product and engineering teams
- Detail oriented, organized and diligent with ability to prioritise and execute on multiple tasks
- Great communication skills and a strong team player
- Comfortable with explaining technical concepts to a range of audiences
- Problem Solving mindset with an ability to resolve open ended problems
- Experience in UXUI is a bonus
- B.S or B.A in any relevant field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
