Job description

Working Hours: 5 days/week (Mon - Fri), Office hours

Office Location: NorthWest

Salary Package:

• Basic : $3,000–$4,200 (depending on sales experience/knowledge in building material industry)
• Comms and Incentives (To be shared during interview)

Transport Allowances:

• Own Car: $1320
• Own Motorcycle: $670
• No Vehicle (Temporary): $370

Vehicle Required: Car or motorcycle (or willing to obtain within 2 to 6 month for client visit)

Job Scope

• Drive new sales in construction/related sectors
• Build strong client relationships
• Meet monthly & annual targets
• Identify new leads & track site progress
• Liaise with internal teams & stakeholders
• Ensure timely follow-ups & payment collection
• Work with developers, consultants & contractors
